Teacher meetings begin next week for our September 9 start at school, I've been going in periodically to get things ready so that everything is not left to the last week. That doesn't mean I haven't been enjoying the last few good days of August.
This past week concentrated on the beach. Tuesday Heather and Julie joined me at Water's Edge in Westbrook. The day was glorious and hot.

The next day I headed south to Larchmont where Marnie and the girls met me at LYC. Again the day was hot and sunny. We all had a blast.
The girls couldn't wait to go down the slide.
